Our Dog-Friendly Hotel

Pet Policy

Discover plenty of fun for everyone – including your four-legged family members. Pooches can enjoy a leisurely stay at the hotel, enjoy the dedicated Woof-tastic Menu, take a dip in the water on the shores of Loch Lomond, or stretch their legs on any of the stunning walking trails that surround the resort. A pet fee of £50 per dog, per day includes:

  • Dog bed
  • Water bowl
  • Dog treats
  • Waste bags
  • Cleaning fee

Yes, Cameron House Hotel is dog friendly. You can bring a maximum of two dogs to stay, for an additional charge.

 

The cost is £50 per day, per dog. Please note, a maximum of two dogs per room are allowed regardless of size.

Dogs are allowed to be with owners outside on the grounds of the resort. Inside, dogs are welcome within The Lobby Bar, The Tavern, La Vista, The Clubhouse, Great Scots’ Bar terrace and in The Wee Shop.

Please note that dogs are not permitted in The Cameron Grill, main area of Great Scots’ Bar, within The Leisure Club, Cameron Spa, Cameron Cinema, in resort vehicles or on the Celtic Warrior.

Unfortunately, no pets are permitted in any of the lodges except for dogs which are registered as a support animal for those suffering with disabilities, whether physical or psychological.  The Management reserves the right to request supporting documentation is provided to demonstrate that any dog brought into a lodge or apartment is indeed a registered support animal.

  • Dog reservations can be made for Cameron House Hotel only.
  • All dog reservations at Cameron House Hotel must be made through our Reservations team only, and prior to arrival so that all dog items are prepared in advance and actioned from housekeeping.
  • A £250 deep clean charge will be applied should there be any waste or foul within the room or public areas. This will be charged at reception, prior to check-out.
  • We kindly ask that your pets are accompanied at all times in the public areas. You are required to control noise made by your pet, so that it will not disturb other guests. Pets that constitute a nuisance to other occupants of the hotel by barking or howling may subject their owner to any other charges for lost revenue by the hotel (up to and including the cost of a guest’s stay). Pets which cause damage to any property may subject their owner to the costs required to rectify the damage caused (up to and including replacement of the damaged items).
  • For consideration to all others within the hotel facilities, you must immediately pick up after your pets. There will be waste bags provided in your room.
  • For consideration to our staff, guests and other pets, pets must be on a leash at all times when not in your guest room, regardless of the perceived temperament of the pet.
  • Housekeeping service will only be provided when pets are not in guest rooms. If pets are left unattended in the room, a sign indicating this must be placed on the door.
  • If any of these rules are broken, guests will be issued one notification. If it continues, the guest will be required to put the pet in a local kennel at the guest’s own expense.
