Personal and Dedicated Service

On the morning of the wedding, the wedding planner will personally touch base with the bride if she’s staying onsite, or will make a phone call if she’s staying offsite.
Ahead of the ceremony, the wedding planner will be present. They will either accompany the bride from the hotel room to the ceremony or await her arrival at the main entrance if she is coming from an external location.
Our team will arrange and set up place cards and favours in the wedding suite (these must be provided the day prior). All other table decorations must be arranged by the bride and groom or an external vendor.
